Per GreekYearbook's composite contract, we do not allow nor produce "gag" or "joke" images or names/nicknames on the composite. This includes nudity, alcohol paraphernalia, drug paraphernalia, gestures, and/or obscenities. Should your members disregard this policy, re-shoot fees will apply.
Composite proofs will also be sent to Greek Licensing and your National Office for the approval of the photos and content included before your composite is printed. Please keep in mind that each National Organization has its own unique set of rules and regulations and their definition of a "gag" photo may differ from ours. We recommend conferring with your National Organization if you have any specific questions about the content allowed on the composite. If an image is rejected by Greek Licensing/Nationals, the image will be removed from the composite.
Here is the wording from the contract signed by your chapter representative:
"GreekYearbook will not allow or produce 'gag' or 'joke' photos and/or names/nicknames on the composite. Any photo that GreekYearbook deems inappropriate or a poor representation of the Chapter’s national organization will be excluded from the composite. In the event that 'gag' or 'joke' photos are taken, GreekYearbook may hold a reshoot at the Chapter’s expense. Any gag photo removed from the composite will be listed as 'Not Pictured.'"
