If you are not fully satisfied with the prints you received, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to discuss any concerns.
*Note: Corrections cannot be made after 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, additional fees may apply or a new order may need to be placed.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or cancellations on orders once they have been completed and fulfilled due to the custom nature of our products. Because our products are custom to each client, featuring portraits of their specific child, they cannot be resold. We do, however, have a system in place to allow us to offer our assistance in correcting the image to ensure you receive a final product you are satisfied with.
